painting shoes

have you heard about painting shoes?
I guess, you (all) have.

oke, I want to tell you about this.
this the way how we'are (mostly skillful in paint or not) can make custom shoes. Usually, the shoes are from canvas. Now, they are booms in my environment and it is very possible for us who wants to get the advantages by them. Although I don't do this business and also don't have a pair, but I really enough to enjoy them. A few of my classmates done it, so it can attract my view to asking more about their skill .
How amazing it is! coz we'are in grade XII, they can manage their time to do their comercially hobby like that during of our final exam preparation. As you know, each of them have done more than 10 pairs from their booked , so they can get a money....How lucky they are!!!

I wanna give the several tips to do this,

Steps

  1. Buy some shoes. Get some cheap fake Converse or some plain ballet flats (for girls).
  2. Gather the materials you will need for each type of customization.
  3. Start customizing. These are some different ways you could do it:
    • If your shoes are black use TipEx or some other correction fluid to draw and paint your shoes with different designs. Try faces, words, stars, spots, weather stuff like clouds, lightning bolts and rainbows, random things like keys, ducks, buttons, dice, fish, anything really. You could also use acrylic paint in bright colours if you are painting on a black shoe. You could also use brightly coloured nail polish as a cheaper alternative.
    • You could use stencils or flick paint on your shoes to make a great splatter effect. Just make sure you cover the rest of the shoe to avoid paint getting in places you don't want it.
    • If you don't want to make a permanent customization or want to change your shoes often then try getting different laces from shoe shops or Claire's. Find ones with smiley faces, zips and other random stuff.

Warnings

  • Remember you can't change your shoes back if you use paint or TipEx. They are permanent.
  • Inhalation or consumption of the TipEx/Nail Polish can be harmful to your health.
